Sometimes, although rare, I feel like im falling right before I fall asleep and jolt awake. It starts off at when I go into a deep thought and dont realize that im thinking weird things, although i am still awake but really tired. so I would think of something like walking with my friend talking, and then I would trip over a rock in the thought and break through the floor, falling helplessly and it seems really real (I call this "falling" asleep). Does anyone know the cause of this and why it happens?

Help! My employer wants me to work for free!?

So I work overnight for a very large international retail store (you guys know who it is) unloading freight from trucks. We are only allowed to work 40 hours (cheap s don't want to pay overtime). But my boss asks us to stay until the "job is done" which means that even though we only get paid to be there until 6 am he wants us to stay there until 7 am or even 8 am sometimes to get the job done. Now I would not mind working an extra hour or two a day but I would like to get paid for it. It seems so unfair for a poor college student to be trying to pay his way through school to get ripped off by a large corpoaration. I would say something but I'm scared of retaliation and losing my job. What should I do? Thank you all, I am in a very tight situation.

Blackish color on alternator wire coils.?

I have a 1964 honda cb160 that I am fixing up, and when I took the engine case cover off, I noticed that the wire coils in the alternator were a dark brown/blackish color. Paphos is not a bad choice and it covers what you are looking for.I can add where I will never advice anyone to go, that is Troodos mountain ( all of the so called resort vilages and hotels are appaling,such as Platres), in and around Limol and Larnaca. Question about Dunking!! (Help)?

I have a basketball pole outside my house, and im wanting to jump higher. The Basketball pole is adjustable so I can set the height of it. So I placed the Basketball pole down about 2 feet so I can dunk, and I can barely dunk it on it. But, I think if I keep dunking on it, I will jump higher and it will become easier. Excessive Hair Loss - 24F?

Hello all, I am a 24 female, fairly good health, I eat healthy and excersize on a regular basis. I have noticed over the last few months that I am losing a lot of hair (hand fulls). I have very thick hair to begin with, and you cannot see that I am losing this much hair, but it's now at the point where I am having to vacuum the bathroom everytime I blowdry my hair, and have to clean the drain because I lose clumps of hair with washing. I have also noticed my once strong and beautiful nails are now yucky and brittle, breaking and cracking. I also feel sick to my stomach a lot and have a limited appetite, I am not pregnant (and yes I know for sure), does anyone have any ideas on what would be causing this hair loss? I think my 7 year old indoor female has feline leukemia. She has alot of the symptoms. We thought she was just depressed because we had to put our other cat to sleep last Dec for supposed "fatty liver". Now I think maybe he had feline leukemia. The feeling of depression, fatigue, body aches, anxiety, paranoia, brain fog, lack of general happiness, forgetfulness, and aggression. I know this is not me, deep down i feel there is something bigger. A doctor suggested bi-polar, but i did not have enough signs to be diagnosed as such.I feel as if i am on the verge of loosing my mind 50% of the time and that's on a good day. My family history contains bi-polar, heart disease, diabetes, and several more mental issues. could i just be going nuts or have a form of autism like a friend suggested? I have heard that a form of autism can be ociated with the attack on the thyroid causing hypothyroidism. At this time i feel confused because every time i see any doctor they tell me that it is all in my head. Well yeah that's why i am there. I get shrugged off or told just to stay on my synthroid and i will be fine. well it's gotten so bad i can even do my school work, spend time with my kids, or function properly on most given days.My life has completely become a daily task to smile and just get through. it is effecting me so horribly i have trouble recalling, thinking Straight, multiple thoughts congesting, loosing focus and no doctor seems to even give me the time of day to find out what is wrong. my question is what kind of doctor should i see?

We had all these plans for christmas (my family and I) and then my mom does her usual biweekly suicidal pity party. My husband and I went to the doctor thursday for a check up (I'm Pregnant). I'm about 19 weeks and we just found out I'm having not one, but two babies. Twins! :D Then, ever since we got home from the doctor, he constantly wants to have . It's perfectly fine but he hasn't been like that since before the pregnancy because when I got pregnant he originally thought that would be dangerous for the baby. Like I said it's constant, multiple times a day. So I have a few questions, I'm not a high risk pregnancy, but is going to jeopardize this pregnancy in any way? Why has he all of the sudden decided is ok, when before he was scared to have with me? Any women have a similar situation? The best thing to do is get the police involved especially if your mom is an alcoholic, and definitely if your dad beats her, it's not a safe environment to be in. I don't know if it's a good idea just to go and move in with your boyfriend, there will be lots of legal issues involved with that, but also you need to consider your little brother because he is at risk too, it's not realistic to ask if he can move to your boyfriends too, so maybe you have an auntie or uncle you can talk to about it? or your grandma/grandad even. i use henna all the time. just take the powder and add about a handful of water for every cup of henna. if too thick add more water. the henna should look and feel like a paste and it shouldn't be watery. spread it through your hair like shampoo and leave it in for about 5 hrs. when you wash it out, don't shampoo just condition. you should shampoo before you use henna.

I think that this is something you need to watch. If your fainting etc , then your obviously not getting enough calorie intake. You need to go and see a doctor, you cant just wait until you fall in the "underweight" category until you do something about it. Its good that you realise that there's something wrong. That's the first step to recovery. Don't listen to your mum, shes obviously in denial about the whole thing. Your doctor will be able to refer you to a specialist so you can talk about the issues your having. Your mum doesn't have to know. I would personally tell a close friend that you trust, just for support, as you will need it. You need to change the way you think about food and the way you feel about yourself. That's very difficult when your in that situation. Im currently recovering for bulimia and telling a doctor was the best thing i could have possibly done. You don't have to be underweight to be ill. Why don't you print this question off and take it to your doctor to read, its sometimes easier than actually telling them what the problem is. The fact that your not having periods, worries me, you need to get that sorted as in the future you may want to start a family. Its all about building your self esteem back up, once you have achieved this, the whole weight thing will sort its self out. Hope this helps!

here it goes. its a bit long so ill tell the basics. some scientist in space are thrown ofcourse and find a planet with oxygen. all mythical creatirures created on our world (faries, unicorns, etc.) really ezist on this planet. its like our fantasy world. the scientists are stunned by the creatures, who have been waiting to be reavealed to humans. however we didnt only create good things, so now the ghosts, zombies, and etc, that torment the good creatures and caused them to seek for the humas, realize that they will be in danger if the whole of earth knows about them. so they try to seek out the scientists and kill them. but can they find them in time or will havoc break lose?

So my boyfriend and I have been together for three months. I couldn't be happier =). He lives another state away, but we make it work very well. well concerning the odor of the fabric cover of the pillow the best suggestion is to look and buy for a new nice pillow coz if the pillow is keep for a long time in a closet it smells terribly it should be at least exposed to the heat of a sunlight to get rid of the unseen germs and probably kill. and at least remove the bad odor present in the fabric cover of the pillow.

I took my puppy to the vet and was told he had sarcoptic mange. Could it be misdiagnosed?

The vet said at first he had demodex. After a skin sc she said it was sarcoptic. However my other dogs are showing no signs and neither are myself, children,or husband. Is it possible she was wrong? The puppy is not loosing hair and is a bit itchy, but I bathed all dogs in lime sulfur solution which may have dried out their skin. If it is sarcoptic how can I get it off my furniture and carpet. *Note* I have suede furniture. Also how many treatments will it take to rid him of this. I contacted the breeder and her vet and all other puppies tested negative as well as mother and my dogs as well. He has had the dip and Revolution. Thanks for all help as I have never dealt with this. Oh, he is a Shar Pei and is prone to sensitive skin as well and 10 weeks old. Thanks!

Tailcoat at Goodwill?

Weight lifting / diet question?

i am lifting weights and doing overall workouts. i want to define my abs more but i also want to get my arms and chest bigger and more sculpted. If i want to first define my abs before getting bigger, should I continue to eat somewhat unhealthy and a lot, or should I monitor what I eat and eat more healthy?

I'm battling with myself to actually open up to my counselor and get help. Advice please?

I started going to a counselor a while ago because my mother found out that I cut myself. She knew that I have before, but I told her it was over with then started doing it in less noticable places. And recently, she also found out about my substance abuse because I got into trouble with the police, and I have to talk to my counselor (of course) about it. I like my counselor, but I don't exactly open up to her. I can't to anyone. I can talk to some people about some stuff, but I just can't actually go deep with people. I lied to my parents and I told them I was curious when they asked about the drugs, I said the same to my counselor and told her I enjoy the high and that's all. But drugs just make me feel 'right' I guess. And I absolutely hate myself because I keep telling everyone what they want to hear- I can't force myself to say the truth. I dont WANT help with quitting, and I honestly won't. I don't have a problem with that, I just don't know how to say it. I told everyone the self harm and substance abuse was over and done with, but I feel bad to be so selfish to them. My two bestfriends and boyfriend know that I probably won't quit, but they don't know why. They think the drugs are just for 'fun' but I don't know how to tell them its my life and without it I'm unbalanced. I'm worried this could ruin my relationship with my boyfriend, he means a lot to me, I know I hurt him and I dont want to. Me and my Mother think I may have Borderline personality disorder, but I don't know how I should talk to my counselor about that. I wish to be able to tell her ALL this, and perhaps my boyfriend. I do have the symptoms of BPD, but I don't have out bursts, when I get mad I act very cold, then I take it out on myself through cutting/drugs. Could someone please give me some tips on opening up to my counselor, preferably more about the BPD then the drugs, because I know that won't change, and I'm getting tired of sugarcoating it, but how should I say it?

Cruise Formal Night; Suit or Tuxedo 14 Year Old?

If you don't like getting an education now, you really won't feel like it when you're 30. Use the extra energy now towards procuring a future in a skill other than fighting. I know you're going to get all hostile and say I'm pissing on your dream. Dude I think you're ultimate goal is to get fabulously laid. You can do that with a lot less headache by procuring for yourself now a future with some stability and bucks. Nothing puts chicks in the mood to do it more than that.

Stress fracture??!?!?

I am a fifteen year old girl HS XC & Track runner. I was disagnosed with a pelvic stress fracture five weeks ago, and my doctor expects that I will be able to join my team in another 5. I was on crutches for four weeks. I swim about a mile a day to stay in shape. I am concerned about my healing time, because everything I've read online claims it take sometimes 6+ months for these stress fractures to heal. My pain started in May and I was diagnosed in August, however I've never had pain unless I was running or doing hamstring stretches. Can anyone give me advice about my healing time and my specific stress fracture (pelvic bone) ?

i think you must be smart if you are in the honors cles. maybe just no one ever realized it before and are surprised to find that you really are. so prove to them that you are just as good. in time i'm sure they wil come around. but believe me i understand how you feel because i was also in honors, and most of those kids were snobby. i had other friends who were in different grades and different cles. and to tell you the truth most of my friends were not in honors cles. so i'm sorry you're having to deal with this. and all you can do is just know that you are as good as them and that you don't have to be friends with them if you don't want. but do try to be civil, it will make your life more pleasant since you do have to be around them.
