How do you get body odor out of a body-sized pillow?

well concerning the odor of the fabric cover of the pillow the best suggestion is to look and buy for a new nice pillow coz if the pillow is keep for a long time in a closet it smells terribly it should be at least exposed to the heat of a sunlight to get rid of the unseen germs and probably kill. and at least remove the bad odor present in the fabric cover of the pillow.
