Possible charges for witness intimidation?

hi all was just looking for some advice our neighbour stabbed her ex husband three weeks ago in the house next door and me and my partner had to give statements. she was released on bail and her conditions were that she doesnt have anything to do with either me or my partner she has a court trial in october. last night she hurled abuse over the fence at us and we said nothing and we rang the police who attended and arrested her and she has been in police custody since. i was advised this morning that she has been charged with witness intimidation on me and my partner i would like to know what the possible charges may be ie: weather she will be kept on remand or released on bail or released on bail to a different address?
