Scorpio woman. i need some pisces advice..?

so i met the guy of my dreams. tall dark and handsome, SENSITIVE and in tune with ALL my needs. i met him sometime in May 07'. we were bestfriends and yeah we liked eachother, but we never told one another even though it was so obvious. we were shy. we acted like a couple when we weren't. we had no physical contact though, just on phone conversations because I was so shy around him. the only thing we never said was 'i love you'. anyways, we talked for 5 months straight. sometime during those 5 months, i was mad at pisces for maybe a week, and started dating this other guy. i still talked to pisces though, i would ditch my boyfriend on the phone to talk to pisces on the phone at night. we never spoke about how we felt about eachother, so i'm not too sure if pisces was jealous/mad or not. but everything seemed fine. then after i broke up w/ the bf, pisces went back out with his xgf (first love) who only started talking to him cuz her last boyfriend cheated on her. so bacically pisces was her rebound. and after a month later of heartbreak (for me) pisces and the girl broke up. then pisces and i started talking again. he started stepping up his game and we started to say i love you and stufff. then when it came to new years, we stopped talking. i tried texting him calling him to wish him a happy new yearr, but no answer. no call. no text. no nothing. what happened?! what did i do? we never talked since then through the whole year (08'). and til this day, even though i have a libra bf.. i still think about him/miss him. he's in my 4th period maybe thats why i cant stop wondering how he iss.. or how is life is now.. does he still care? what did i do wrong?
