That sounds like a scary situation to be in. The best thing to do is get the police involved especially if your mom is an alcoholic, and definitely if your dad beats her, it's not a safe environment to be in. I don't know if it's a good idea just to go and move in with your boyfriend, there will be lots of legal issues involved with that, but also you need to consider your little brother because he is at risk too, it's not realistic to ask if he can move to your boyfriends too, so maybe you have an auntie or uncle you can talk to about it? or your grandma/grandad even. I hope everything sorts its self out, good luck...
