Iam working as merchandiser.I want to change.I know progamming+accounts , web design but no exp .wat 2 chose?

I am able to develope web site , do programming in oracle , java , html , javascript , vb script , foxpro and iam a commerce student & have accounts knowledge also but i have not relevant exp i taht. Waht shall i do . Iam currently working as leather merchandiser for the past 3 years. I want to shift . Which will be the best envoriment to chose .
