I Cant logon to my computer?

I just got a new laptop its the Dell Inspiron 1464 with Windows 7 and On my admin profile whenever i try to logon it states "The user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." How do i fix this should i call Dell or does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks XoXo ~Angie
