I have suffered from panic attacks also. I have found the best way to handle such a condition is through exercise, and talking to a trusted friend or partner. Believe me, exercise works. Go running or work out. Gets the blood flowwing and helps you release your tension and stress, which are generally the sources of such attacks. Remember to take time to relax, pamper yourself and have a quiet cup of tea. All things work out in the end. My suggestion is to forget the drugs. You can handle this condition for free.
