Why does no one HELP ME!?!?!?!?!?!?!???!?!?!?!!?!?!…

My friend really wants to play this new MMORPG with me but there is a problem. I downloaded it correctly several times and every time I download and install for some reason the Launcher to the game just disappears for no reason! It downloaded perfectly on my friend's laptop but noooo, the launcher just goes *POOF!* Should I take my computer somewhere in the hood and let it be d and killed? Or is there someone that can help meeeee! I will pay you in kisses.
