Is the Tribute MasterCard issued by First Bankof Delaware the same as the one that used to be Aspire?

Yes it is, I was offered both the Tribute & the Aspire card and they are both from the same bank. I ultimately chose the Tribute because it has an APR of 9.90% VS the Aspire which has 19.99% APR. I don't know if this is a fixed rate for everyone or if it is on an individual basis. I hope this helps a bit.
