so if i get up and make a bowl of old fashiond quaker oatmeal with no cinnamon brown sugar etc.. just a couple of slices of apple and then at 10 i eat a orange then later on in the day i eat 1 sandwich with cheese and turkey instead of ham. will i gain weight or loose weight im a 15 year old boy that skateboards so i sweat a lot.. please help
