I had tubal ligation this Thursday and had some questions... please read...?

Did anyone have their grow right after the surgery?? Mine have and became fuller. I'm in a good amount of pain, my stomach is still all bloated and painful, I can't sleep on my right side which has given me a lot of lower back pains. I'm miserable. I've wanted this surgery for sooo long, but am having a really hard time coping with this. Why are my s growing?? It's really bothering me:(
