Have been thinking about this and wanted some opinions?

I don't believe the cry out method. I can't stand seeing my baby cry it out for a good long time or even 2 minutes. My baby girl 10 weeks old does cry if u let her continue cry. She scream and her face is red and at times around her lip it be Purple and also she vomit. I wouldn't let my own child cry it out. There are reason why baby are crying and they are telling us something since they can't talk.
