she can be really nice cometimes, and really horrible others!! a few days ago, she called my dr's office with the intention of getting me to change my appoinment! THEN, her son in law works next door and she goes off to him about my maternity leave and if im coming back or whatever IN FRONT OF ME!! i havent decided what im doing yet, but im only 11 weeks!! i dont know if i should look for another job or what....i need some kind of benefits....should i change jobs?? help!

idk bout NCIS but heroes starts this fall prob in september or october. i dont think there is any offical date but its coming back soon.

Why does it feel like we fall sometimes while sleeping?

Sometimes, although rare, I feel like im falling right before I fall asleep and jolt awake. It starts off at when I go into a deep thought and dont realize that im thinking weird things, although i am still awake but really tired. so I would think of something like walking with my friend talking, and then I would trip over a rock in the thought and break through the floor, falling helplessly and it seems really real (I call this "falling" asleep). Does anyone know the cause of this and why it happens?

Help! My employer wants me to work for free!?

So I work overnight for a very large international retail store (you guys know who it is) unloading freight from trucks. We are only allowed to work 40 hours (cheap s don't want to pay overtime). But my boss asks us to stay until the "job is done" which means that even though we only get paid to be there until 6 am he wants us to stay there until 7 am or even 8 am sometimes to get the job done. Now I would not mind working an extra hour or two a day but I would like to get paid for it. It seems so unfair for a poor college student to be trying to pay his way through school to get ripped off by a large corpoaration. I would say something but I'm scared of retaliation and losing my job. What should I do? Thank you all, I am in a very tight situation.
